Investigators have detained a person for questioning in the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie, mother of TV host Savannah Guthrie. New surveillance video shows a masked figure outside her home the night she vanished. The 84-year-old has been missing for 10 days, and police say she was taken against her will FBI is urging anyone with information to come forward. Fuel shortages in Cuba are forcing airlines to cancel flights, leaving many Ontarians without their long-awaited beach getaways. Travelers from Thunder Bay to Toronto say they're disappointed, but worry more about the crisis Cubans are facing as shortages disrupt daily life. Some passengers are now donating the supplies they plan to bring to the island. City Council has signed off on Mayor Olivia Chow's 2026 budget.
