PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THE NEIGHBOURING HIGH SCHOOL – HODAN NALAYEH SECONDARY – NO GRASS PARKING
Gates close 1 hour prior to closing time.
Please note – Bag check upon entry.
No open beverage containers will be permitted.
Pets Welcome – Must be leashed and cleaned up after. Pet Waivers can be filled out prior to the event and shown at the gate.
Lost and found – For missing/found items, please turn in or inquire with Security at main Entrance/Exit Command Tent.
Missing Person – please advise any Event Staff or Vendor for assistance and go immediately to the Entrance/Exit Command Tent.

Check out the beer market featuring an ice cold selection of Cowbell draught! With a variety of wine, whisky & vodka cocktails plus an assortment of ready to drink coolers.
Upon arrival, you can purchase drink tickets at our vendor tent, which opens daily when the event opens. These can be redeemed for beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages at our Beer Market tent/bar.
Please note that we have specific hours of operation for our alcohol sales. Last call for purchases is one hour prior to closing time, and last call for the Beer Market tent/bar is strictly 30 minutes prior to closing time. We are unable to offer refunds for purchases or redemptions made after these designated times.
In order to purchase or consume alcohol at ribfest, you must be 19 years of age or older with valid photo identification. Please drink responsibly.
No purchase is necessary. The contest starts at 12:00 am. EST on July 29th and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on August 5th. Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence. Some restrictions apply. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries during the applicable entry period. The winner can not have won with Evanov Communications within three months (90 days) of their first prize date. Please note that we will NOT be asking for any credit card or other personal information not required to administer the contest. The approximate ticket value is $100.00.
